Hodson Bay Group are an endorsed participant in Failte Ireland’s National Safety Charter. We have implemented and adhere to a strict set of Operational Guidelines and all employees have completed recognised Training, providing reassurance to employees and customers alike that our business is operating to the highest safety standards.
10 HIGH-TOUCH DEEP CLEAN AREAS
As part of our Safe -Stay Code, after our guest rooms have been cleaned the sanitizing team move in and fully sanitise the room using EPA-approved hospital grade cleaning solutions, all high-touch surfaces will receive additional – attention this includes light switches, door handles, phones, TV remotes, thermostats, bed and bedding, bathrooms, safes, kitchen housewares and surfaces.
EXTERNAL FRESH AIR
A ventilation strategy has been implemented in each property which maximises the use of natural ventilation with fresh air, supplemented with mechanical supply and extract systems. We are fortunate at Hodson Bay Group that our hotels enjoy spacious ground floor capacity, as well as extensive outdoor space and gardens.
Our warm and welcoming surroundings offer a relaxed atmosphere where great food and friendly service meet to provide an authentic local experience. To ensure your comfort and to allow us to effectively manage bookings, you must reserve Hotel facilities such as dining online in advance of arrival. Failure to pre-book prior to staying may result in disappointment with time availability.

Sanitisation Stations are prominently in place at key points throughout the building. We are of course aware that Covid-19 has not disappeared, and we want to reassure you that our top priority has always been, and remains, the well-being and safety of our guests and team. We ask that you please respect fellow guests and hotel staff who choose to wear a mask.
